If you haven’t been to a particular conference before, there’s legitimate concern about how valuable it really is.  We’ve all been to conferences that weren’t.  Maybe presenters were selling from the stage, or the content was too broad, or there weren’t opportunities to meet good people.

Unfortunately, the only way to find out for sure is to give it a try. But conferences that don’t deliver consistent value, don’t survive. 2026 will mark our 15th conference.

Wondering if the LDP Summit is worth your time and investment? These might help:

• Take a look at what people have said about the conference over the years.
• These organizations attended in 2025.  These attended in 2024. These attended in 2023. These attended in 2022. These attended in 2021 – a COVID year! (And we could go on…)
• This is not a new conference. We’ve been running it since 2012. In fact, here is an original “save the date” document from our first conference!

The LDP Summit was started (and is still run) by a guy who used to run an early talent development program. We are not a conference company. We are a community of 840 active members laser-focused on people like you.
