Last year most of my team was able to attend the Summit. The Summit was developmentally valuable for each of us individually, but attending as a group was also beneficial as a team building activity. The LDP Summit is a fantastic opportunity for entire teams to gain insights, make connections, and benchmark similar programs. From a personal & program development perspective the whole summit is an energizing experience!
