Anna Champion has spent over 20 years working at the intersection of early career talent and business strategy. Her experience is built on leading and transforming programmes within some of the most demanding global sectors, providing her with a grounded perspective on what it takes to build a successful talent pipeline. Throughout her career, Anna has partnered with senior leadership to design and implement programmes across three distinct environments:

Professional Services: Managing a high-touch, rigorous programme within the legal sector dealing with external accreditations.

Investment Banking: Overseeing and revamping large-scale recruitment and development for hundreds of graduates across multiple business lines.

Global Conglomerate: Leading a high touch talent programme for Jardine Matheson, ensuring consistency across diverse business units to deliver future leaders across the Asia Pacific region.

Having lived and worked in London, Singapore, Norway, and Hong Kong, Anna has a practical understanding of how to manage global talent pools, remote teams and navigate the cultural nuances of different markets.  She is particularly interested in the “human” element of programme management—moving beyond the process to ensure that both the organization and the individual are set up for long-term success.

Today, Anna is the Founder of The Talent Lighthouse and an ICF-accredited coach. She joins LDP Connect as an Expert in Residence to share insights and help members navigate the complexities of modern programme management especially within the Asia Pacific and UK regions.
