ALL PROGRAM FUNCTIONS: This report contains aggregated data on compensation levels (start of program, in-program and upon program completion) for 169 early career development programs of All Functions surveyed. Median, 25th percentile and 75th percentile base and total compensation figures are included. Also contains retention data on percentage of participants who complete the first year of the program, complete the full program, 1-year post program retention rate and 5-year post program retention rate; along with post-program retention goal figures. Overall program budget and budget per participant figures are also included. (Note: Compensation and retention figures provided only where a minimum of 4 responses were collected.) The report is 17 pages long.
