Dan is the founder of LDP Connect, and a former early talent program manager and campus recruiter. He’s grateful every day to be supporting a a global community of early talent development professionals, and for the critical work they do in building tomorrow’s workforce. Based in the Boston area, he holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MA in International Relations from Boston University.
Susie has supported the LDP Connect community since 2018, helping members get the most out of their benefits by managing inquiries, providing account support, and serving as a friendly first point of contact. She also works behind the scenes to keep operations running efficiently by maintaining systems, improving processes, and overseeing registration and logistics for our annual conferences. Known for her tech-savvy approach, proactive communication, and steady reliability, Susie helps ensure a positive experience for every member of LDP Connect.
Stacy supports the LDP Connect community behind the scenes by streamlining operations and marketing. She assists members by answering questions, navigating resources, and providing seamless support across the platform and membership experience. Dianne is a strategic HR leader with over 20 years of experience building and optimizing early career talent programs for global organizations. Tracy is a strategic technology leader with over two decades of experience leading early talent and engineering development programs, including AT&T’s Technology Development Program.
