The LDP Survey is program-specific. We collect data on the management practices of individual early talent development programs rather than an organization’s overall early talent development approach.

Therefore, please select the region most associated with the early talent program you are planning to report on.  This is typically the region from which your organization recruits the majority of your program’s participants, and where participants spend the majority of their time.  If your organization has early talent development programs both in North America and in Europe, please complete the survey for the region specific to each program.
