HUMAN RESOURCES PROGRAMS: This report contains data on compensation levels (start of program, in-program and upon program completion) for Human Resources early career development programs. Median, 25th percentile and 75th percentile base and total compensation figures are included. Also contains retention data on percentage of participants who complete the first year of the program, complete the full program, 1-year post program retention rate and 5-year post program retention rate; and post-program retention goal data.  (Note: Compensation and retention figures provided only where a minimum of 4 responses were collected.) The report is 14 pages long and contains data collected from 7 programs.
