Median, 25th percentile and 75th percentile base and total compensation figures are included. Also contains retention data on percentage of participants who complete the first year of the program, complete the full program, 1-year post program retention rate and 5-year post program retention rate; and post-program retention goal data.  Program budget, and budget per participant figures are also provided.
