NOTES:

  • This tool contains data collected across multiple years and editions of the LDP Survey. Therefore, users selecting data from multiple years may be shown data collected multiple times from the same program (albeit a different points in time.) For example, if XYZ company completed the LDP Survey for their Engineering Talent Development Program in 2021, and again in 2023, users filtering the data on all “Engineering” programs for those two years will be shown both data submissions as distinct “responses.”.
  • Although the data in the DataLens tool is intended to accurately reflect the summary data in the LDP Survey Reports, there may be minor differences due to the inclusion or exclusion of responses to fit the limitations of the tool.
  • Users can select to display data based on company name if a minimum of 5 companies are selected. If the user selects five companies and no data is shown it is because those companies have not provided data that fit the control filters set by the user.
  • Over the years, LDP Survey questions have been added, subtracted or modified.  Because of this, some questions will only show data if data was collected on that question for that year. Additionally, the response options for some questions has evolved.  The responses shown in the tool reflect the most recent iteration of the response options.
  • Some response options may show as “0” on a graph because of rounding.
