The Survey of Practices for Early Career Development Programs (“LDP Survey”) Is conducted by LDP Connect – host of the annual Leadership Development Programs Summit (“LDP Summit”)– in response to frequent requests for benchmarking data on practices related to the management of development programs for early career hires. The survey captures data on compensation, recruiting, training, retention, budgeting, off-boarding and program evaluation practices on various development programs across the United States.
Participants who complete the survey are given discounted access to the aggregated results corresponding to the functional area of the program on which they submit information. For example, participants providing data on their IT development program will be given access to the summarized results of all IT development programs. Participants may submit information on as many of their organization’s development programs as they wish and will earn discounted access to the aggregated results corresponding to each functional area.
The data collection period for the 2nd Edition of the LDP Survey is open as of July 21st, 2017.Participate in the LDP Survey
